Nearly a whole year has gone by without you even noticing! Your baby now sits down to eat with you! The baby has already started to make chewing movements and even though he hasn’t got all his teeth yet it is time to leave aside thin purees and replace them with semi-solid dishes. Vegetables, eggs, dairy products, meat, are all highly nutritious food that give the baby all the iron, vitamins and proteins he needs to grow.

Puree of chicken or turkey, courgette and Swiss chard

Chop 50-70 g of chicken or turkey breast, peel and chop a small courgette and finish off with Swiss chard.

Function: Fill the tank, cook on quick for 18-20 min. in the basket and liquidise with a small amount of the cooked juices.

Gourmet touch: Before liquidising add a small spoon of olive oil.

Puree of veal, potato, leek and carrot

Chop 50-70 g of veal, peel and chop one potato, quarter of a leek, one carrot and Swiss chard.
