Monkfish cooked in foil and fresh thyme

100 g of monkfish, 75 g of chopped courgette, one spoon of olive oil, a sprig of fresh thyme and salt in moderation. 

Wrap all the ingredients in a sheet of foil and cook. Remove the thyme before serving. Cooking

Function: Fill the tank, cook on slow for 16-18 min. in the basket.

Gourmet touch: Add 2 drops of lemon

Parcel of spinach with vegetables and soft cheese

6-8 clean spinach leaves, 100 g of diced vegetables (carrot, courgette, asparagus), 70 g of cottage cheese, one small spoon of olive oil and salt in moderation. 

Wrap the vegetables in the spinach leaves, put the cheese on top and wrap everythin

Function: Llenar el depósito, cocción lenta 16 -18 min. en la cestilla.

Gourmet touch: Fill the tank, cook on slow for 16-18 min. in the basket.

Rosemary seasoned chicken breast with broccoli couscous

150 g of diced chicken, 100 g of chopped broccoli, salt in moderation.

Function: Fill the tank, cook on slow for 18-20 min. in the basket (place the chicken underneath).

Gourmet touch: Add grated hard-boiled egg, a spoon of olive oil and chopped tomato.

Noodles with tomato and basil

50 g of fine noodles, one small diced tomato, two basil leaves, one spoon of olive oil, 90 ml. of water and salt in moderation. 

Mix the ingredients together and put them in the rice cooker.

Function: Fill the tank, cook on slow for 13-15 min. Place the rice cooker in the basket.

Gourmet touch: Add cubed mozzarella with oregano.

Hake with Basmati rice

75 -100 g of hake, 70 g. of "basmati" rice that has already been cooked with 100 ml. of water in the rice cooker for 20-22 min.

Function: Fill the tank, cook the hake on slow for 16-18 min. in the basket.

Gourmet touch: At the end add a small knob of butter and a little amount of fresh dill.
